The signature lunch draw is the piping-hot lasagne, built with house-made meat sauce, creamy white sauce, and generous layers of vegetables before being finished under a crust of melted cheese. Served with roasted vegetables and vegetable soup, it delivers rich, natural sweetness in a single plate. For rice dishes, the kitchen stews domestic beef tendon until tender, letting its sweet fat melt into a balanced curry, alongside a gapao rice that stir-fries minced pork with aromatic spices, house-made soy-sauce koji, and fish sauce.

Dessert brings showstopping parfaits and tarts centred around in-season fruit.
